Welcome to Workout Wednesday!
I am going to be honest with you, I do not like working out. However, as I continue to age (its inevitable), I am not at all happy with my reflection in the mirror.
You know how it begins, you start noticing small changes in your body. But those small changes become bigger and bigger and before you know it, you have a muffin top. Which is when you begin to panic and start trying out all sorts of diets, detoxes and even signing up for the gym of which you visit for maybe a month or two.
So what happens next? Impatience sets in and when you don’t see results right away, there goes one diet out the window. You move onto the next diet or you try fasting. You may or may not see results from the next diet but then you do, you celebrate and gain the weight right back. Then out of despair, you give up and begin guilt eating. I know, it’s a vicious cycle!
So what is the best diet? I still don’t know, but I do remember reading something on WebMD answering that question, the answer was, “The best diet would be that which works!” Simple right?
