I’ve tried going vegetarian, and it didn’t take. So I decided to instead of going off meat cold turkey (no pun intended) that I would slowly reduce my meat in-take. In doing so, I stay away from beef (mainly because it stays in the system the longest), I now eat a lot of fish, boiled eggs, chicken, turkey, tuna, crabmeat, salmon and for some reason hot dogs, along with nuts and dried fruits.
With all of the chicken (breasts), I am always looking for great recipes. One can eat but so much of Bar-B-Que, Boiled and Baked chicken. So I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I am going to. 😉 LP
