The weekend is upon us, which means most of us will be out and about running errands, doing laundry and/or cleaning house. Don’t forget to add your exercise regime to the mix. Especially those of you who just began working out-remember its easy to skip a day, but it is hard to get back on track. I will be continuing my workout throughout the weekend right along side you, because I’m afraid of losing my momentum. 😉
I know its the weekend, go ahead sleep in, but make sure when you get up that you put yourself first. Doing what’s best for you, should be the only motivation you need.
