It’s time for me to get in my morning workout, everyday I add one extra exercise to my regime. Why? I find that once your body gets used to your routine, you will be able to perform the regime that now takes 30 minutes, to 20 minutes or less. Really! Keep adding, keep doing and don’t forget to drink water throughout the day.  Have a great workout!
