Tips for getting a flat stomach

When I was younger I had the perfect flat stomach, which I didn’t begin to lose until my mid 40s.  That was due to the fact that I was slowing down and wasn’t being very active.  Staying active is very important in maintaining your shape.

Some people can work out five days a week and take the weekends off, but I find that until my regimen becomes solid, I must workout every day.  Because I am in the beginning stages of working out again, I still have to find my own motivation and push myself to stay active.  I don’t know why but it is always hard to do the right thing, but once I begin the workout I turn into a super hero and I am always happy that I pushed myself in the first place.
